This Privacy Policy applies to the following mobile games:

• Dracoo the Dragon
• Pairs with Wilbur

Both games are developed and operated by Michael Wagner, published on Google Play under the developer name MikesDevCorner, and use the xSheetGames brand.

In this Privacy Policy, Dracoo the Dragon and Pairs with Wilbur are collectively referred to as the “Games.”

1. Information provided directly by users

The Games do not require users to create an account.

The Games do not ask users to provide their name, postal address, telephone number, password or other contact information while playing.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and any information you voluntarily include in your message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and handle related support or privacy requests.

2. Information collected automatically

„Pairs with Wilbur and Dracoo the Dragon contains no advertising and no analytics and does not collect IP addresses, advertising identifiers or device identifiers. The advertising and analytics sections below apply only to Dracoo the Dragon."

The Games do not intentionally request or collect precise GPS location.

These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable data-protection laws.

7. Children’s privacy

The Games do not provide user accounts, chat functions, public profiles or forms through which children can directly submit personal information.

We do not knowingly ask children to provide their name, email address, telephone number or postal address.

Technical information may be processed automatically by advertising, analytics or technical service providers as described in this Privacy Policy. Services and advertising are intended to be configured in accordance with applicable age, consent and Google Play requirements.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us at wagnmich@gmail.com so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, delete the information.

8. Local game data

Game progress, high scores, settings and similar information may be stored locally on the user’s device.

Local game data can generally be deleted by clearing the relevant Game’s storage through the Android device settings or by uninstalling the Game.

9. Data retention and deletion

We do not maintain a user-account database for Dracoo the Dragon or Pairs with Wilbur.

Emails and support requests are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, resolve related issues and comply with legal obligations.

Information processed by third-party advertising, analytics or technical providers is retained according to the respective provider’s retention policy.
